Rob was excellent, he spent as much time with us as we needed and knew when to leave us to talk, when to re-engage and nothing was too much trouble for him. This was our second visit when we purchased and we did look around elsewhere to make sure we were buying the right thing. When in John Lewis after our first visit we even recommended another couple to visit Rob, this was before we bought at our second visit, this is how much he impressed us. We chose Dreams over others because of Robs friendliness, product knowledge and non pushy attitude, he really is a massive benefit to your business and you should be very proud of him.

The sales guy, Ollie, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The layout was clean and tidy. There was a good range of beds and accessories.

We first went to Dreams in Chandlers Ford at the beginning of December and saw Rob. No hard sell, just really knowledgeable about all the products and gave us all the information we needed. Looked at other suppliers throughout December but came back to Dreams and saw Rob again and bought our bed today.

The assistant was extremely helpful and provided a range of options for a mattress although I didn't buy one their and was very friendly throughout our visit.

Customer service was excellent, no hard sell. Fully knowledgable on all products. Great choice of many different beds and mattresses.
