I was able to look around without feeling pressured by sales staff, but was welcomed by them upon on arrival and offered assistance. Natasha listened to what I was saying and then showed me mattresses that were of the same make that I already had and others that were comparable. She was knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful staff. Came and asked how I was doing straight away from when I entered the shop and continued to help during my visit. Very good value on your sale items.

Robert, the store manager who helped me was extremely friendly, efficient and knew his stuff! Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

We went into the store to find a new mattress everything went smooth we were not pestered by the sales assistant he made himself known to us then proceeded to let us browse at our leisure. he was available for our questions without being pushing overall quite a nice shopping experience

Aleisha was friendly and welcoming. With the offer of tea whilst we browsed the store and finally up selling a evolution ottoman tv bed which we (my wife and I) were talking about prior to our visit but we're not thinking of buying on the day. Overall a very pleasant experience, streamlined and painless from start to finish. Also Aleisha was welcoming to our two children which makes a nice change.
