We found the staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't know which type of mattress to go for, so really appreciated the time Rob gave us explaining and helping us choose.

Having visited other bed stores the previous weekend we were slightly confused by the various types of mattress on off. The gentleman that served us in the Dreams store provided us with relevant information and found us two mattresses to fit our needs. He was not pushy and didn't try to influence our choice by offering more expensive alternatives.

I had to change my order and the store manager, Rob, went above and beyond to assist me.

I bought my previous mattress at Dreams which has stood the test of time but now needed replacing. The service was prompt and very friendly directing me straight to the best product in my budget range. The admin process was most efficient and easy to follow I really can't fault the whole experience and would thoroughly recommend your services. Mr Carroll

Good selection of mattress type and price. Helpful staff that explained what you were looking at, then left you alone to try your short list. Would pop over to answer questions and even offer different pillows to get the right feel.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful but not overpowering. She explained and showed me all my choices and then left me to 'trial' all my selected mattresses. I had gone into the store to browse but came away having purchased my choice of mattress!

We found what we wanted, had our questions answered and ended up purchasing a slightly better product than we anticipated, because we had received very helpful answers to our questions, without any pressure from the salesman.

On the two visits the staff were very informative and polite. There knowledge was very good and showed us the different options of mattresses and bases. We decided on an Ottoman base because of the amount of storage.

Really liked the colouring for the different bed times - it made it quick and easy to hone in on the type of bed we were after. The staff were welcoming but not overly pushy and when we asked for advice we were given very helpful and knowledgeable replies. Having only previously bought at John Lewis, where we had to wait a long time for assistance, this was a very pleasant purchasing experience in comparison.
