Ollie was very helpful, told us what we needed to know and then left us alone to decide on our best options. He wasn't pushy and was very friendly.

Rob showed us what options were available to us, explaining the qualities of the various options and quickly helped us to determine the best combination of bed and mattress to meet our needs. Also quickly booked our order and arranged finance. All in all excellent customer service!

Good store atmosphere. Outstanding staff.

On arrival seeing lots of beds can be confusing. The colour coding of the sashes helped to show which beds did what. The labelling of soft - firm was excellent. The sales assistant Natasha talked us through all types of beds the pros and cons of them all. From start to finish we were very impressed.

Staff extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful accessing requirements. Able to take time, not rushed and left to view beds without any hassle but staff on hand to ask for information as needed. All staff in shop a pleasure to talk too and Ollie looked after us very well - he makes a very good cup of coffee too!

The salesperson we dealt with at the Chandlers Ford store (Natasha) was highly knowledgeable about the products we were looking at (we were specifically looking for a mattress) and offered very sound general advice (eg, how the wrong pillow can contribute to lower back pain). She was very helpful, but not at all pushy. A pleasure to deal. She is a credit to your company.
