VERY HONEST ANSWERS GIVEN BY STAFF. TREATED WITH GREAT RESPECT AND PRODUCTS WERE EXPLAINED VERY WELL.

Very helpful, knowledgable staff who took the time to understand our needs and explain the product range.

This was the 4th store we looked in mattress shopping, we were impressed with the honesty and knowledge of Natasha your sales person, she knew how to engage with us as shoppers to a perfect level. She was not in our faces doing a hard sell (as I experienced in another store earlier that day). She was to the point and catered exactly to our needs.

Ollie knew about the product and the different variations we could have. Rob gave us options (e.g. adjustable bed sizes with different mattresses) and completed the order. Wide and varied selection of product that we could try with no pressure from salesmen.

Natasha was very helpfull and friendly she gave us plenty of time to decide and helped with any questions we had excellent customer sevice

I was rather nervous as I was purchasing on my own having recently divorced after nearly 30 years of marriage. I knew roughly what I wanted but not where to find it. Ollie was so helpful and made the purchase really easy for me. There was a lovely atmosphere among the staff in the shop. Thank you

Assistance on hand as soon as we walked through door, very chatty and helpful and knew what he was on about.

Assistant was friendly and informative but left us to chose and try out from his suggested options. No pressure to buy, plenty of time to decide. Good cup of tea as well!!
