There was no pressure from the saleman. He simply explained the different types of mattress and how to identify them around the store and left us to it. Once we had made a choice the sale was straight forward.

We only went in to look, at first. We were approached by a young man called Eddie, who said it was only his 4th day, + 'there's a lot to learn', but if there was something he couldn't answer himself, he'd find out for us. This was refreshingly honest, and we were impressed by his obvious willingness to help. Although we were 'only looking' at first, we did in fact find a bed that really suited what we had in mind, at a surprisingly low price. We asked Eddie a few questions about the bed, to which he found the answers for us, and after a quick chat between the two of us, we decided to go ahead and buy. We were told that our old divan base/headboard could also be taken away at the same time of delivery (which was great, as we've no way of doing it ourselves), and as the base of the new bed was comprised of solid slats, due to my disabilities, we were advised to go for sprung slats instead, which we did. The other gent who helped us was Rob, who was also really helpful (possibly the manager?) But between them, we got a really great service, lots of help & advice, & when it arrived, a great bed! A superb service, professionally delivered! Thank you so much!

We were greatly helped by Edward to locate and inspect the items which had caught our attention on the Dreams website. The placing of the order was smooth and efficient, including the addition of bed linen later in the week.

Very friendly quick service. I do think it would be better to include the price of delivery in the price shown, as I can't believe many people are able to collect them.

Alesha greeted us professionally and gave us all the information we needed. She then gave us time to browse and was available when we made our decision to help us with prices and further information. He made the whole process easy.
