Dreams - Eastleigh

It was an absolute pleasure in shopping for my new mattress. As I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis I found that the thoughtfulness and help I was given by Robert Barratt was second to known, and the lovely cup of tea was a nice touch. Well done Dreams.

Aleisha was very polite and friendly,she offered us tea or coffee and explained about the difference between the mattresses.She left us alone to make our decision but was always on hand if we had a question. Could not have been better

All went so smoothly and there were no problems during our experience. All staff were very pleasant and accommodating and we were made to feel at home at all times, the overall experience was excellent and we will advise our friends and family to call at the shop when looking for the products sold at your store. We will return for any other products we need at any time. Great work.

We received assistance from David, he was friendly, helpful, efficient, offered us drinks, and we found the product we wanted and needed very quickly for a good price

Our visit to the dreams store was to only look at the option of the tv bed. But following a visit prior to purchase, we decided that the model at dreams was right for us and a excellent price. Our return visit to purchase the bed was very positive and resulting in us purchasing the mattresses as well. Ollie, our sales person was very relaxed and we felt unrushed. Ollie quickly identified mattresses type for us. The whole process was very informative as well and simple.

Ollie was very helpful my wife visited during the week and he remembered her when we walked in which was a nice touch. We had to wait as all the computer s were busy and were given a cuppa of tea too

Very helpful staff who were very attentive but not pushy and allowed us to take our time looking around the store to ensure we were satisfied with the choices we were making. Very knowledgeable and all our questions were answered to out satisfaction. Staff were polite and courteous at all times and even made us a cup of tea! Would definitely recommend Dreams to friends.

Rob gave us a smile and showed us the beds A million questions went through our heads We tested some out to help us decide We tried on our backs we tried on our sides Coffee was offered and we said, "Yes please" Rob answered our questions and we chose with ease Want pillows with that, and insurance as well? Plenty of extras, but no hard sell "You can have it next Monday", that's fast service we thought So I handed over my card and a mattress We bought!
