Great service- staff obviously knew what they were talking about. Good range of prices and didn't push us to go above our budget. Also made us aware of great offers to go with the mattress so we purchased a sheet 20% off and 2 mattress protectors that were £5 and £10 bargain!

David was amazing he offered tea and brought it upstairs for us . He helped with advice and was cheerful the whole time

Very helpful staff, great advice and quick to order and delivery will be very soon. Rob the salesman gave us time to think, offered refreshments and was very polite and courteous

Great service from both Ollie and Dave. I did turn up when it was quiet though, on both nights I was the only customer in the store.

Even though Edward had not been working in the store for long he knew his stuff and was very helpful. He explained everything to us in simple understandable language. He explained the differences in the mattresses and I learned a few things that I hadn't thought about. Edward is a real assert to the store.

We were served quickly, given all the advice we needed and the staff even gave our sons balloons when they found out it was our youngest son's birthday!

We knew generally what we were looking for and the assistance we received from David was brilliant.

Robert, the manager of the branch at Eastleigh was very helpful and took time to explain the difference between the various types of mattresses and divans on offer and made us a cup of tea!
