The customer service was better than we have experienced any where, dave is very knowledgeable at his trade, all the staff were extremely helpfull.

Greeted as we entered the store but left to browse. Offered a hot drink while we looked around and then more help was given. Other staff members offered opinions which were valid and helped with our decision making. Clearly explained the process for delivery and offered us good timely delivery

Before visiting Dreams I called into my local Bed store Rownhams Bedding which I have used a few times in the past. I then moved onto your store and found it to be a world apart in terms of the selection of beds, the quality on offer, and the staff were knowledgeable without being to pushy. I was intending on visiting Dreams and then moving onto my local Ikea to make a final comparison, but ended up purchasing a bed then and there at Dreams.

My previous mattress was purchased at the same Dreams store and I had great customer service then and a mattress that was of excellent quality. I wanted a similar experience and was not disappointed.

The salesman Rob was highly attentive to our needs, very professional and put us at ease immediately. After asking a few questions to really find out our needs he helped us find exactly what we were looking for, we can't wait for our new mattress to arrive.
