Dreams - Eastleigh

We had been to anothe Dreams store and had our heart set on a mattress. We came to Eastleigh and spoke to Rob about some comparisons, and we went away with a completely different mattress to what we had thought we wanted! Really knowledgable store manager.

Helpful staff came away with what I went in for

We had been thinking of changing our mattress for a while, and Ollie helped explain the pros and cons of an assortment of mattresses. We then came to a decision on the right mattress and bed that suited me and my husband.

Colleague let us try so many different mattress and assisted us the whole time and let us try the tempura experience which was amazing throughly enjoyed the bed shopping with my husband and 2 year old son.

We were greeted by friendly staff who also very kindly asked us if we wanted a drink and then proceeded to help us with our questions, make product suggestions etc. Great team, well done and thank you

Given all the info we needed, shown comparisons in all areas and then left to try and retry whilst he went to make us a lovely cup of tea. He came back and offered more advice/help, never pushed except for us to try something he thought might not be suitable to show the comparison. He certainly new his stuff, understood what we were looking for and pointed in the right direction but offered good sound advice to have a try of something else again to try for comparison. He left us alone to make our decision which we did and ordering was no problem at all, again not at all pushy offered deliver and collection options with removal of old for new. Very pleased

We were highly satisfied with our experience with Dreams Alesha the assistant in Dreams asked if she could help us she was very polite and friendly we said we would like to browse and that's exactly what she let us do it was refreshing not be hassled by a pushy sales person. When we made our decision to purchase the bed she was extremely helpful and informative.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Rob very good knowledge on all products that I was interested in. Rob was very polite and explaind to me the quality of the products.Overall I was very impressed with the fast service I was given by him I would recommend Dreams and would certainly shop there in the future. Treated when arrived then allowed to browse on our own before being approached, explained what we needed and was shown different beds and was advised of the bed that would be great for us, which we went with. Brilliant experience, brilliant staff.
