Ollie was friendly, informative and helpful. We were given all the service we needed.

Had no problems finding what I wanted and very helpful

Unfortunately my husband & myself didn't have a clue about what mattresses best suits us, your assistant talked us though the options available & helped as choose the right one for us. We paid more then we wanted to but at the end of the day money can't buy a good nights sleep.

We visited with our two children who are 4 and 2. The staff were patient and helped occupy the kids while we browsed. Ollie helped us narrow down our search for a mattress based on our needs and likes. He was not pushy, was well informed and ultimately let us decide but was always on hand to answer questions.

Went straight in the shop loved the first bed as you walked into the shop which i purchased. Went upstairs saw some lovely furniture. Was only meant to be buying a bed but also purchased the furniture then went back down stairs chosed a matress aswell. The shop asistant was very helpfull aswell. Offered us and our children a drink. Exlplained about the matresess and told us to try the different ones. Told us about the offers they had. Was in the shop less then an hour and purchased everything i was looking for. One very happy customer.

Manager Rob was very helpful and friendly. Didn't feel pressured. I had fun trying out all the different types of beds to find the right one for me.

We were served by Ollie at the Eastleigh store in Chestnut Avenue. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed us several mattresses of differing firmness until we found one that suited us both. We then decided to go ahead with the purchase, but as there was not just then a Sales Desk avaliable, Ollie made us both excellent coffee. Once a desk was available, he took us through the ordering process very efficiently and courteously.
