Validation code 025 staff name Rob Nothing was to much for the staff, have always found them to be very helpful, and it's nice to speak to someone who knows what they are doing, with a smiling. Would recommend this store to family and friends.

As soon as we came into the shop we were welcomed by the staff members. We explained our situation (I am disabled and we were considering an adjustable bed and better mattress). The staff showed us the options available and was open about the prices on everything from the start. We got to try all the different mattresses and we were given all the time we needed to decide which one was our favourite.

David who served us gave us his full commitment and was highly knowledgeable and professional.

The staff member made himself available to help my wife and I, but without being overpowering. He took the time to find out what our requirements were and then did his utmost to find the right items for us. He made useful suggestions and we never felt hurried or pressured in any way. With a friendly approach and an appropriate level of humor he found us the perfect items to meet our requirements.

I was a returning customer for a product we have had before and wanted a replacement. I was greeted immediately by an advisor, shown the required product and offered an alternative. It was instore and ready to take away that day. Perfect!

Ollie the salesman was a very nice young man but I was disappointed he didn't give me discount for the large spider that decided to try out the mattress at the same time as me,but it was caught and disposed of.

Choosing a bed is both daunting and expensive. It is an investment in ensuring good health and wellbeing and requires sound guidance and a good product. Dreams provided this and backed there service with a guarantee to change the product if a genuine mistake had been made.

My husband and I visited our local Dreams store after we decided we needed a new mattress. I had looked on the website so we had already decided which mattress would suit us. Unbeknown to us we went straight to Flaxby out of all the ones on the shop floor, Eddy our salesman came over and introduced himself and told us all about very high quality and work that goes into making this mattress, he asked if we would like a tea or coffee while we tried it for comfort along with the other four in the collection. We had a perfect cup of coffee and made a purchase with the Flaxby 4000 D

We went into the store to buy two mattresses and walked out 15 minutes later, happy with the speed of service and the friendly staff.

The friendliness of our assistance who assisted us straight away and the highly standard of the knowledge of our products that we required.
