Friendly and very helpful

The store manager, Rob, approached us promptly and was very friendly on introduction. He took the time to work out what might suit us and showed us a variety of products which helped make our decision. He was very thorough and honest. We were happy that there was a sale on and have a nice new mattress!

As a returning Customer to the Eastleigh Store we have already experienced Rob's excellent product knowledge so were very happy he was there to assist us in our purchase. Overall it is his product knowledge, communication skills and most importantly his honesty that keeps us coming back. Rob and Dave who handled our purchase were warm and friendly and made it easy for us to decide.

Dave greeted my wife & I on our arrival in the store asked us if he could be of any help. We told him we were "just looking", he then offered us a cup of tea or coffee and asked us to call him if we needed any help and went off to make our coffees for us! Unfortunately, our daughter managed to knock one of them over, Dave sprung into action, went off to get a cloth, mopped up and carried on as if nothing had happened! Thank you Dave! He was very helpful, friendly and was exactly how a sales person should be! He didn't put any pressure on us, he simply showed us what was on offer and explained everything brilliantly. His product knowledge was outstanding. My huge thanks to him, he is brilliant! Dreams should be proud to him in the company!

Excellent layout in store, very clean and easy to find what I wanted. Excellent customer service from "Dave" who understood my needs and was very helpful/knowledgeable. I would recommend highly!
