It helped that I had viewed the product I wanted before and as I was the only one in the store I had great help straight away and the product was ordered with no issues

Went into the Eastleigh store on a Sunday and we where welcomed upon arrival and where told that if we needed anything guidance or assistance to speak to a member of staff, we had been looking at a TV bed for a while and had already decided the colour size and spec we where after, so after a quick discussion with my wife, we decided to go and speak to eddy, who was very helpful and offered us a cup of tea whilst we processed our order, overall very very satisfied and cannot wait for our bed to be delivered

Very friendly service. Ollie took the time to help me find a mattress that will hopefully meet my needs. Plenty of useful and knowledgeable advice given.

I knew what I wanted, but I was greeted with enthusiasm and the transaction was seamless. I was in and out very quickly which is how I wanted it to be.

Plesant staff ,plenty of space to move about the beds

Really spent time going through the options. Did not feel rushed or pressurised. Gave the children a balloon each which really helped. Offered a cup of tea as well. Very impressed

Natasha at the Eastleigh branch was very helpful. Sadly your branch in Mountbatten retail park Southampton leaves a lot to be desired. We went there first and went upstairs and were there 15 minutes and no sales assistant came to see us! When we left they still ignored us. One was sat on a bed looking into space and another standing around. There were no other customers in. I would never go back to the Southampton branch!
