We went into the store not knowing what your of mattress we wanted to buy. The salesperson Nicky explained the sleep analysis device and took us through the process. When complete we were shown all the different mattresses at different price points that met our analysed needs. Nicky took on board or preferences and pointed out the pros and cons for each. We ended up spending about twice as much as we'd intended to, but feel we've chosen the right product. It was really nice to have someone 'sell' to us rather than just take an order. It was a very satisfying experience.

Good all round customer care

I was met by a sales assistant immediately after using the hand sanitizer and after explaining that I was looking for a new mattress she asked me to use a diagnostic tool, explaining how it worked etc. She then asked me to test some mattresses and was happy for me to give me plenty of time to try them several times over. When I decided which I wanted she took my order in a friendly and efficient way.

Nicola who served us is an excellent salesperson. She gave us the demo of the "bed selector system", identified the options, had good product knowledge, courteous, personable, professional, friendly and no feeling of pressure. Delivery guys were friendly and efficient and also pointed out some flaws in the item giving us the option to accept the item, raising the fact that we would accept the item with compensation. Customer services phoned (Abigail Alexander) quickly, again courteous and helpful in resolving the problems and arriving to a mutually agreeable solution. Test of a company is when things go a bit wrong, how they are dealt with and fixed; cannot fault our experience with Dreams on all counts. All those involved as mentioned by name (plus the delivery drivers) should be given a pat on the back.
