This was because we were given time to have a look, then when the man saw we were discussing headboards he offered some guidance and then helped us take it from there. He was warm, friendly, Knowledgeable and giving best options. Made us a cup of tea as we had to wait a few moments for Desk to be free to pay. He dealt with the payment in an organised way and pointed out things tore aware of. Overall very good service.

Katie who was using the first of her 'work' days while on maternity leave was delightful and so patient with us. Just the right amount of chatting, checked that her understanding was still valid after several months off, spotted a mistake on one of the details with one of the beds and her sales technique was conversational, honest and clear. As I work as a training consultant around the world she showed a natural ability to shape her service according to our need. Spot on!

The sales assistant was friendly without being overly bearing, she listened to what we said and recommended the right area to look at (sofabed)

Nicola, the sales assistant, was incredibly helpful. She listened to what we had to say and quickly found exactly what we were looking for. We were very surprised to learn she had only been working for Dreams for 3 weeks as she was knowledgeable about the products and very confident in her manner. We walked into the store and no one poumced on us.We spoke to the sales girl who was very helpful.A salesman also spoke to us who was very helpful.

I went into the store with my son to look at mattress we experienced the pod session.. My son suffers with his back and the knowledge gained helped us to make a purchase

All our questions were answered we didn't feel pressured during the purchase

From the moment we went in they were helpful without being pushy. They gave us time to discuss which mattress we preferred and all the options on finance, should we want to use it, all over a cup of coffee. The knowledge of the staff was excellent
