Dreams - Eastleigh

Everything was simple and catered to my partners ambulent disabled needs, Natasha who was very helpful with colleagues bought a mattress down from upstairs (no lift!) to the ground floor where we could try the mattress on a solid base! Great customer service. X

In Eastleigh shop I was very satisfied with Nicky, who was the sales person which helped us to find the best beds and mattresses. She was very helpful, patient, gave us the right advice. She was very pleasant.

I hate shopping, and the sale went extremely well and quick.

We were pleased with the product, it felt a very comfortable mattress and we were able try it before we decided to purchase the mattress. The delivery was only four days which I think is very good

Staff gave us time to look round before approaching us. Staff were very good interacting with my little girl & getting her a drink when she started coughing.

Came in looking for a new matress and after speaking about it for a few seconds i was directed to an area of the store where there were 4 identical beds with 4 different matresses. The differences in the matresses were explained and then I was left to pick the one I liked best. The ordering process was clear and straightforward. All done and dusted in 20 minutes during my lunch break. i have no complaints.

We were extremely satisfied with the service received from your eastleigh store especially from David who made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. We knew what a wanted and didn't feel pressured which made us want to stay in the store and really look around unlike other stores we visited. Really happy with our purchase and would highly recommend going into the store rather than relying on online purchases. Thank you David and dreams we are very happy customers .

The Customer service agent managed our time perfectly ..left us alone when needed and was not pushy...we had a little bored bit with us to which he worked hard to entertain for us ....really friendly polite and helpful very good knowledge of products
