We were given immediate attention, looked after by the same colleague the whole time without him being diverted. His technical knowledge was first rate, and he made sure we had a chance to consider all the options that might suit us rather than make a quick sale. We left feeling very satisfied that wer had made the right decision about what to buy.

Excellent customer service

We we're looking for a new mattress and walking into the store - we didn't know where to start! However David was able to help and assist us without being too pushy. He explained all the different types of mattress and let have a good look and a try before we finally chose the right one, he was patient with us as we took a while to decide! But we never felt rushed or pushed into a decision.

We were dealt with very professionally with good advice by Ollie who was not at all pushy but just gave us the options that were available to us.

Staff very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome.

Luckily for me i decided to go later in the evening and thankfully there was no one else in the store so i cant comment really on whether i had speedy service or not as if Rob hadn't noticed me then I would be seriously concerned ! I have not purchased a mattress for 20 years and therefore it's quite a personal thing lying on a bed and telling a stranger all your woes ! but Rob made that a very natural process and I his ease of conversation was my ease as a shopper. I have been advised by my Doctor to get a new mattress as I have really bad sleeping problems and suggested that my mattress may be to blame Rob took the time to tell me and show me the options i had and without the cringy sales patter that makes me leave a store ! First class

Great service from a gentleman called rob who showed my the item I was after and let me try it out on a similar bed. Taking the time to demonstrate the advantages and show me some other options.

The staff were very willing to help and were knowledgeable talking through the options without the hard sell.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, and knowledgable. Had a positive experience. My only critism is that the boutique bed linens sheet that I was sold when purchasing the bed is not suitable for the tempur mattress I bought as its a poor fit and doesn't stay on the bed. I would recommend the Eastleigh dreams store to family and friends.
