Nicky the sales assistant was very pleasant and helpful

Dave at Eastleigh dreams was great..very knowledgeable and we weren't hanging around which was great as we had our 3 year old with us and not from the area. He answered all of our questions ando even got us all a drink on a very hot day.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgble especially Nicky who was happy to answer all our questions.

Sales person very helpful, friendly, new his products, took notice of the questions I asked. Showed me the item I was interested in. Nice cup of coffee, not in a plastic cup. Helpful all the way.

My husband and I had shopped et your Eastleigh store before and we're pleased with the product. The staff (Dave and Rob) were extremely helpful, friendly and creative in their ideas. We purchased a bed base and a sofa bed - absolutely perfect!

I went to the Eastleigh store and was advised by Ollie. He understood what I needed for me as I have a musculoskeletal condition that needs good support and quality sleep. He gave me time to consider my options as I was choosing between two mattresses. He fully explained everything to me, my order was placed very fast and will be delivered sooner than expected. Overall excellent service!

When we entered the store we were greated and pointing in the direction of were we needed to be and then left to look around befor we were aproached for further asstence and the staff made an effort with kids giveing them ballons to play with

The staff members were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. It felt as if they were genuinely interested in providing us with exactly what we needed. Eddy took his time explaining everything, even the details in the order confirmation. The staff had good knowledge of the products. We left the store feeling very satisfied. Thank you for being the only store during our time in the UK where customer service was clearly a priority. Keep up the good work!
