Even though the sales advisor is still training, she was very knowledgeable, rally helped us make a choice after we gave her our requirements. We came back to the store to buy there, because of her service.

We had a very helpful and friendly staff member. He talked us over all the options and let us make up our own mind on the bed we wanted to buy.

This is the second bed I have purchased from Dreams in Chandlers Ford. I found then and now the staff fantastic. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable particularly Ollie Armstrong and Rob Barratt.

The facts speak for themselves - this is the third bed we have ordered from this particular branch of Dreams. We have been very happy with the other two beds ordered previously. The customer service has been great each time, lovely friendly staff but not at all pushy, helpful and really know what they are talking about. Nodoubt we will be back for another bed !

We entered the shop started looking the shop assistant'' Nicola ''came over and i said to her we were looking for a mattress Nicola started showing us all the matts and telling us how they were made asked if we would like a cup of tea or coffee but as we just had one had to decline thats the first time I've been offered a drink in a bedding shop nice gesture ,We said will look around then Nicola came back asked if we found anything not yet i said Nicola pointed out some matts that were in our price range and explained in some detail how they were made As i use to work for millwork bedding Nicola knew what she was saying so sold us two matts
