From start to finish at the store the staff member, Ollie, was extremely helpful and listened to what we wanted and demonstrated the products to us without hesitation. Very professional and even phoned head office to get an answer to a question he had not been asked before about cleaning the upholstery.

The person I spoke to was very helpful and helped me a lot. He said his name was Ollie which was very friendly. As we are house bound and live in Chestnut Ave where your is also he offered for someone to take us up to the store to choose. I declined his offer and he told me how I could find the mattress on my I pad which was very helpful.

Katie listened to exactly what I was looking for, as regards to mattress requirements. She made several suggestions which was very helpful.

Met by a member of staff who explained everything to us, Rob then asked if we needed help and, yes we did, and he helped, he was very friendly and certainly knew his job.

Ollie listened to are needs, explained everything very clearly, was quick and efficient but did not rush us at all, the other colleague was also very friendly, offered us drinks and even gave our daughter a balloon to keep herself entertained, he also showed us to several different beds to see which we preferred, really good experience and extremely excited about our purchase!
