My wife and I were highly satisfied with Ollie our sales advisor as he was very knowledgeable about the different products available he was on hand if we had any questions but he allowed us to take our time with choosing our mattress and wasn't at all pushy.

Very Good and friendly Service

i was assisted by Edward who new about the product, happy to show me different types off mattress and basis, patient as I really didn't know what type or style I wanted he was happy to show me around. Explained the warrantee and my rights very clearly. I would also like to say the delivery men Sam & Ryan I think , they were also very polite Knowledgeable and helpful. Over all my experience of Dreams Eastleigh has left me well satisfied.

Bob, the manager who served me made me feel that my needs were important. He is very knowledgable in all aspects of my needs. I felt very comfortable, even when I just wandered around looking at beds and mattresses, I wasn't pestered or pressurised in any way. I went last Thursday to look and came back today with my sister. I bought with confidence, knowing that Bob explained about beds and mattresses. Thank you for a stress free shopping experience.

The sales assistant was helpful but not pushy or over zealous. Was very knowable and able to help us with our purchase. Was very impressed with the ease of finding each type of mattress by the colour of the bedding on the beds. Very helpful and meant we could hone in on the type we required without having to waste time looking at products we were not interested in. Very inspired. We did go away and look and compare prices but couldn't find the product we wanted at a better price.

The assistant was present but didn't insist herself upon us, which can be a problem in some establishments. Her ability to suggests related products was helpful, and a credit to your business.

I was served by Dave who was available to help as soon as I arrived, very professional and it was an easy and efficient service. My daughter had a drink as we were offered which was nice. You have also offered the service of taking our old base away which is very helpful to me.

I first visited the store on Sun.21/8 and found the manager very helpful,today Tue.23/8 I went back and with the help of Nicky I made my purchase.
