when we arrived the assistant asked us what help we needed and supplied all the information we required and then left us to look around the shop just making sure we were ok

The customer service we received was the probably the best I have had for a very long time. I could not speak more highly of the lady that served us. Just fantastic so patient knowledgeable and friendly.

We were met quickly by Rob the general manager. He explained the layout of the store and then allowed us to look around at our own time without geeked hassled. Rob then checked in with us and supported us with picking the perfect mattress for us. Rob didn’t rush and allowed us time to try out lots of different types. The shop was easy to look around and had all the options we could have wanted.

The meet and greet from steve was above our expectations. The testing facilities at the store were excellent. The test bed enabled us to identify the matress we needed. Steve reacted to our stated issues space wise at our house, and we never felt pressure. ie he listened and matched our needs to the products available.

The whole experience was well handled. The assistant (Dianna ?) was very knowledgeable and it really felt like she was most interested in finding us the correct product rather than making the most money and securing a sale.

My daughter and I ‘dropped’ in on Bank holiday 2nd May on the off chance of finding the exact bed I needed to furnish my main home bedroom having just moved locally. Well, the bedding choices spread in front of us were comprehensive and most impressive and as we meander across the shop a lovely sales person by the name of Nicola sauntered up to us and from then on her knowledge, helpfulness, patience were astounding and we stuck to her like glue. The bottom line is, we left the shop having purchased 2 x beds, complete with headboards, one King, one Double and cannot wait for delivery.
