Dreams - Eastleigh

The Dreams colleague was very approachable and paid particular attention to our 2 children who were with us to ensure we could concentrate on making our choice. The store was well laid out and staff were knowledgeable in directing us towards what suited our needs without giving us a hard sell.

The store manager was the man that we dealt with and he was brilliant in every way possible. Showed us all the ranges and all the products available. He offered us tea and coffee and even juice for the kids! Fantastic guy and really friendly. Was hassle free and made the experience very pleasurable.

There was a warm welcome to the store and found staff very helpful when I needed advise and left to brouse when I wanted to which enabled me to relax and pick exactly that I wanted. Me and my partner were very happy with the time Nicola spent to explain everything we wanted to now to make our decision on our purchase

Service and choice of mattresses was excellent

the assistant was very friendly and efficient,the whole experience didnt take long

Rob see to us, and was a great help he new what he was talking about and pointed things out to us that we would not have known. nice and friendly .

We felt very comfortable with the assistance.She was very knowledgeable on the products that we were interested in and was very willing to help in all aspects.We feel the one to one is very important and Natasha showed this.

Heard a few bad things about bed shops in genreal but from the moment I stepped through the door of dreams eastleigh the sales staff were welcoming, friendly and not at all pushy for sales. By the end of the whole process from walking in to walking out the sales man Dave felt more like a friend then a salesman doing his job.

We only went in for a single mattress for our daughter's bed and through the expertise and knowledge of the salesman (Rob), we ended up buying a Tempur mattress, protector and pillows.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had to wait a little for assistance, but they were very busy and kept apologising and got to us as soon as possible. Once we had chosen our bed and mattress we were very pleased that it would be delivered within the week. Unlike other stores that gave us a 3 -4 week delivery date. Overall very good customer service. Well done
