The overall experience was highly satisfactory, concluding in the purchase of a new bed, which was the purpose of the visit to Dreams. Time will tell whether the purchase proves to be the correct one - we certainly hope so based, given the price we paid. However, in terms of the advice and assistance we were given and the fact that we never felt pressurised into buying, it was an enjoyable experience. Thanks to David for his help throughout.

made to feel at home, offered coffee, did not feel rushed, Rob was absolutely amazing...walked into the store and recognised us as we bought a bed a year ago. very relaxed and not pressurised.

We were given time to look for what we wanted before the assistant approached us to see if we needed his help. He was very very helpfull and we were both satisfied with him. His name was Ollie.

Rob, who initially dealt with us was very friendly and knowledgable. He explained all our options, the types of base and mattress available etc. He gave us all we needed to know and did not unduly pressurise us when we advised we wanted to think about it and come back. When we did come back we dealt with Ollie, who picked up where Rob left off with the same good level of service. We were very happy with the personal service that we received

The professional service and overall experience was vary professional and yet polite and courteous. Nothing was too much for the 3 members of staff who dealt with us Eddy initially and then Ollis and Rob. It is very rare these days and I have already recommended a friend Steven Kennedy who is in the market to purchase a new bed to visit your store.

This is my second Dreams bed purchase. Ollie the assistant who helped me was very knowledgeable and was quite happy when i told him i would not be making a purchase that day but would return after speaking with my husband. Ollie did not let this affect the time he spent going through the Tempur options with me. When i returned to store with my husband Ollie was very understanding that my husband is very obviously terminally ill and again ensured our comfort throughout the process. My thanks to Ollie for his friendly and understanding nature at what is a very difficult time.

Rob showed us a lot of different brands on our visit he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly answered all our questions and informed us about all the differences between each mattress we looked at being the spring count or the difference in thickness etc advised us about the promise of changing the mattress if you didn't get on with after 30 days. Fantastic people made the whole experience stress free.

We had some time to start looking around on our own before being approached by staff. (We hate being pounced on the moment you enter a store.) We already had a vague idea of what we wanted and really just needed to try some beds out before making a choice. Once we explained our needs to Rob he directed us to the most suitable beds to try. His product knowledge was good, and his recommendations were backed up with easy to understand explantations. We weren't just directed to the most expensive beds, as in some showrooms - he cared about finding a bed we were happy with. He didn't mind us trying a few, and re-trying a few, and didn't make us feel under pressure to choose. We hadn't expected buying a bed to be such an easy process, and will definitely return to Dreams next time.
