As soon as I entered the store I was kindly greeted by Ollie who explained everything I needed to know in order for me to make an informed choice, before proceeding to confirm my order and purchase, overall very efficient and timely service!

I was highly satisfied with the friendliness of the salesman, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, a cup of tea and it was an easy experience.

Very friendly staff Dave in particular, his product knowledge was very helpful in us choosing a new mattress

Nicky 025 was very helpful Explaining the difference between mattresses then leaving my wife and me to try each product without any pressure or harassment.This was a major thing for us it made choosing and deciding a much more pleasurable experience.Once we decided Nicky prosesed our order very efficiently and explained everything we needed to know.

We were greeted by David, told him we wanted to replace our old mattress we bought from them 10 years ago! And wanted one similar to our old one, he went onto the computer and found the receipt for our old bed which we bought in October 2006, was very impressed! So was able to try similar mattress and found one we liked! He left us to try two we liked, with no pressure which we appreciated, decided on a Healy Milford K one also liked the temper pillow so got one as well , would definitely recommend to anyone else,a good experience and offered drink while sorting the paperwork.thankyou. Sure we will be pleased with our choice.

The whole experience was good. We were acknowledged early on in our visit, offered refreshments then left to browse. We asked some questions and I went home to measure up. I then went back into the store to place my order face to face. I would usually have ordered online but we enjoyed the way we were handled. We dealt with Nicky.

Ollie, the salesman, greeted us on arrival and asked if we needed assistance. He then showed us the mattresses within our budget and gave us the information required to make a satisfactory choice. He understand fully what we were looking for and allowed plenty of time for us to test the various mattresses before making our purchase.
