Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful during our visit, he paid attention to what we were asking for and was able to suggest alternative options we might like. He fully explained all the mattress options so we knew exactly what we were getting and the different choices available. The whole visit was made very easy (not an easy feat with a 9month old in tow!).

Very friendly assistant, listening to what we were looking for and explained my best options. Seemed to have a wide knowledge of bed structures and not pushy.

Rob was very patient and informative. Good selection. Liked the way the type of mattress and firmness were colour coded and good pillows provided. We have always bought our beds from Dreams and have always felt well looked after.

Good display of products, easy to try and prices and information well displayed.

Natasha at the Eastleigh store was fantastic she spent the time to fully understand our needs. She also put up with our indecisiveness, being patient as we decided between three models offering us fantastic advice.

The assistant David approached me and asked if he could help me and when I told him what I was looking for (beds with storage) he took me straight to them and explained all about them, and then to the mattresses and then he left me to decide. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. If David hadn't been as helpful as he was I would probably not have bought anything!

The process went like a 'Dream' as one would expect at Dreams!!!

We had already decided to buy a new mattress but not sure which one. The sales assistance in store was very helpful with suggestions and explaining the products but left us alone to try them out at our own pace. Many shops have over pushy assistants or ones not just not interested in helping you make a purchase. This was not the case at the Dreams store we visited.

Product knowledge was excellent
