We bought a bedstead, mattress and mattress protector, but there wasn’t a very big range in what we wanted. Also we went to the store because of the advertised offer of 2 pillows with any purchase. This promotion, we were told, finished the day before, but there was no time limit in the advertisement that we saw.

Lovely lady was vey helpful and friendly, she didn’t rush me and took time answering my questions

The lady who served us was amazing and she knew everything she was talking about I would recommend a lot of more people to go to you guys especially after we had our tester on the mattress and walk max we had to use

I cannot think of any reason not to score "highly Satisfied" for the customer service we received from our main contact Katie or the rest of the team. There was not any they could have done better.
