Katie was exceptionally helpful and approachable when we entered the store and we asked for some advise on the types of mattresses available, once we had tried many and we have narrowed down the type we just had to find the most comfortable, once we had found "The one", we found Katie and asked if we could place an order, she offered us to her desk and we made the purchase, and Katie also recommended the additional protection you offer which we also took out

Good service explained everything we wanted to know. NOT too pushy. And let us think about what we wanted. Not what he wanted us to have. Eg not the most expensive mattress but what we wanted to pay he was get at his job.

Even tho the store was busy and short staffed they made sure we were accnolaged and not kept waitin too long

The staff were very courteous and friendly. Polite and professional. I was very happy that the staff were able to place the order efficiently and the expected delivery date was very prompt.

David gave us the information that we requested, he also left us alone to discuss our thoughts, He gave us a coffee and information on the products that we were interested in. We were very pleased with the service that we received
