The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy

Me and my wife were assisted by a staff member called Katie, after explaining we wanted to buy a divan base she gave us time to have a look. We wanted to get a new mattress as well but felt this was out of our budget, Katie did a great job of explaining buying a base with a mattress offerred much better value and explained the financing options to us which opened up more choices for us and we ended up buying a bed we were really happy with rather than making do with an inferior base and having to use our existing mattress that we are not fond of. Kate was really helpful all round and gave us lots of time to think about everything before making a decision.

As soon as we were in the store, we were approached and offered assistance by Katie. There was no pressurized salesmanship and we were allowed to try as many mattresses as we liked without any sales staff hovering over us. The actual ordering process was quick and yet well explained.

The salesman understood exactly what we needed and showed us all the choices. Very good experience.

The store manager explained the differences between the products well and we chose a better bed because of that.

On entering the Dreams store we were greeted cheerfully by Dave and offered refreshments who assisted in identifying our requirements following which we were guided to the correct area and offered pillows in order to try the options out. We were allowed sufficient discussion time between ourselves without feeling pressured by the Representative which was most refreshing. Even though busy Dave repeatedly checked on us and answered questions that had occurred to us. We finally selected our best option and we completed the transaction promptly and with great humour which was a bonus! We were very happy with the experience.

We dealt with the sales manager of the store and he was friendly and very knowledgeable. All good👍
