Dreams - Eastleigh

Nicky was extremely helpful in all respects, not pushy but friendly and personable. This was in sharp contrast to earlier visits in the day to several furniture (sofa) shops we had visited. A good customer experience that we related to others

Very efficient service. Extremely knowledgeable sales representative who went to a lot of trouble to make sure that we understood the products and what the differences were between them. She (Nicky) could not have been more helpful and is a credit to the store. I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams, Eastleigh. We were given plenty of time to try beds and pillows out.

Initially looked on line and chose a couple of possible alternatives. Went to store and found my choices. Was able to try them out in person and make my final choice. Store was busy but an assistant came over quite quickly and as I already had all the details to hand processed the order in a matter of minutes. All sorted very satisfactorily.

Rob was friendly and knowledgeable , he took time to provide us with enough information and also gave us time to decide. We did not feel pressured at any point and got exactly what we wanted.
