When we arrived we were greeted by Rob who listened and understood our requirements then guided us to the relevant beds in the store.

The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us all the info we needed and then left us to try out the different types of mattresses available, and came back periodically to check how we were doing and to give further advice. He also provided us with different types of pillows to use whilst we tried the mattresses.

We had previously visited the Chandlers Ford store in June 2016 to look for a new bed & mattress. We were greeted by a friendly assistant called Dave. He was knowledgeable & very helpful without be at all pushy. We had now come to the time that we wanted to actually purchase a bed & mattress. I briefly visited the store in Southampton town centre as it was very near to where I live but didn't feel as looked after as Dave had made us feel some months before. Consequently we returned to the store Dave worked at and hoped he would still be there. He was and remembered us from before, he offered us hot drinks whilst we were testing out different mattresses. The Addington range is no longer in store and he guided us to alternatives. Once again he left us to it but remained on hand and came over frequently to assist without us feeling pushed into a sale. He had great knowledge of the items we were looking at. When purchasing an item often you are purchasing the person not just the business name, he is certainly someone you feel very happy to buy from. The quality of the items we saw in store were of a very high standard, which we hope to benefit from once the items arrive next week

Nicky was friendly and helpful but gave us all the time we needed. She accommodated our children's needs - drinks and pens and paper and had a good relationship with her manager who was also involved in our purchase. They made us feel as ease and their product knowledge was excellent.
