Friendly, non-pushy staff. Knowledgable when asked questions about the types of mattresses that may be useful for someone suffering with backache. Nicky was especially helpful.

Rob was friendly and approachable. He was knowledgeable about what he was selling and didn't try to pressure us into a purchase.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, but did not hover, allowing us to make decisions without interference. When we asked questions the staff knew the answers and we were confident when placing the order that we had made the right choice, and when spending this amount of money that is important.

We walked in and we were the only people in the place but Nicky came up to us and welcome us to the shop and ask for any help. We were looking for Sealy mattress. She showed us where they were and offer us a hot drink. Then later on we all sat down and talk through what we both were looking for. She got it all up and talk through to us about special offer and delivery. She was very kind and very deafaware. We literally thought she has worked for dream for a long time with plenty of customer service experience but only realise she been working for dream for 7 month! :9 I was really impress with her. This order was very simple and easy to do with Nicky so thank you.

The sales assistant who dealt with us was very friendly and helpful without being pushy in any way.

The assistant (Nicky I think) was very friendly and helpful, even making us a very welcome cup of tea. Everything went very smoothly and I loved that she wasn't overly pushy.

Because we got a lovely bed at a reasonable price and the staff member was really helpful.
