Dreams - Eastleigh

We visited Dreams in Eastleigh twice whilst looking for a new bed/mattress. On both occasions we found the staff incredibly helpful, attentive and not "pushy" as you might expect in some shops. The lady we saw on our first visit was very helpful, as was David who we finally made the purchase with on our second visit. Overall we have a very pleasant experience.

The female salesperson was very knowledgeable and showed me the range that suited both my requirement and price range.

Lovely and friendly service, understood our needs

We had the colour scheme for mattresses explained to us. Also the different pillows and mattress covers were shown to us. Overall a very satisfying experience.

We were shown what we wanted told all about it then left to look at are own pace not hassled asked if we would like a drink (don't get this from any other place) the person we saw was Dave very pleasant person woul call at shop again

easy access to/parking at store. staff member (katie) was very helpful and informative but not pushy (also went to P Greens but staff member was pushy there). could take time to look at products and not feel any pressure to make decision. good that dreams offer trail of mattresses at home and good price

We were greeted by Katie at the Eastleigh store straight away but not in a pushy, salesperson type way, she actually seemed like she wanted to help me find the right bed and had a great customer services manner. She explained all the options clearly so I was able to narrow down my choices quickly. It was nice to be offered a cup of tea although not that practical when you're hopping off and on beds, maybe you need bedside tables! My mum has already visited with a view of buying another new bed. Keep up the good work. Having said that lets hope it's delivered ok!

The staff was extremely busy when we arrived, however David acknowledged us and pointed us in the direction of the type of bed we were looking for. He also informed us that we were free to try out the beds and offered us refreshments whilst we were browsing. Once free he helped us choose the right mattress and his product knowledge was brilliant. He even upsold us two Tempur Cloud pillows and a mattress protector for our Tempur mattress, not an easy sell when I train sales people and know the latter. David was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend him or the Eastleigh branch.
