Dreams - Eastleigh

I was made to feel very welcome when I entered the store. The assistant was very friendly and ready to discuss my requirements after I had looked around the store and decided on the product I was interested in. I was offered a hot beverage which was most welcome. I did not make the purchase that day, but I returned the following week and had another discussion and demonstration of the sofa bed I was interested in before committing to the purchase. The whole experience was very friendly without any sales pressure. I am looking forward to receiving my new sofa bed very soon.

Dave who assisted us with our purchase was very helpful and knowledgable about the products and was able to make sure we made good choices. So pleased we were with the service and products my daughter also purchased a new bed and mattress at the same time.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Delivery scheduled for Monday 20th February so I haven't used the product yet. Hopefully it will be just what I need for a good nights sleep.

The sales man was brilliant we went in with our 3 month old he offered us a hot drink took the time to listen to what we were after and even carried our pillows to the car for us. The store was really hot and he offered to turn the heating down. He pretty much sold it to us he was fab
