Good sales blerb. The lady most polite.

We were looking for an adjustable bed as my husband has several health and mobility problems.On our first visit we were helped by Robert and Dave who were both extremely helpful,gave us a lot of information which we studied at home.We returned a few days later and were helped again by Robert who showed us the products again and made us cups of tea!We were not rushed throughout the whole process,we then made our decision and placed our order with Robert who was very friendly throughout,We are now looking forward to receiving our new bed. Thank You for excellent service.

Steven who served us was new but we'll trained with good knowledge and helpful advice. He had a query with the order but was helped quickly and efficiently. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

The assistant Kate was brilliant and gave us all the advice we needed.

We were looked after by Robert in the store. He was very helpful, had great product knowledge and quickly guided through the options available. He was very efficient in creating the order with us and sorting out all the details. He made us aware of all our options and even gave us a cup of coffee.

The sales lady was so friendly and helpful. She took time to understand our needs and helped us draw up a shortlist of beds to choose from.

Katie, the assistant was extremely helpful and showed us how to put the sofa bed up. She actually called me to tell me when the 20% offer was on again as when we visited before we missed the offer by a day! Arranged finance for us and order completed efficiently. Only slight disappointment was that it was going to be 10 to 12 week delivery as bedroom already decorated and ready to use. Would definitely recommend to friends as we looked in many shops for sofa beds.

The lady who served us was highly knowledgeable and friendly. We went to buy a mattress for my brother and came away with a mattress, duvet, mattress cover and 4 pillowcase.
