This was a return visit, having bought a new mattress last year. Very helpful and polite sales assistant with realistic understanding of our requirements.

we visited the store and were welcomed by the assistans and we were allowed to browes around with out any hassle.when we did need any help and information the assistant was very helpful and explained the difference in the products wich was very helpful to us to choose what we wanted .this resulted in us making a purchase.

Helpful, knowledgeable Staff who didn't try and sell a higher value product or a product we didn't want!

good customer service from sales person and good choice of products

Earlier in the day I visited another bed company only to find their range was poor and the staff only had very basic knowledge. After visiting Dreams I was able to navigate the shop with a wide selection of beds for my needs. There was good signage to allow myself to read what beds I was trying and with excellent product knowledge from the store staff. I knew I would not need to look anywhere else for the correct bed after only being in the store a few minutes

Parking was excellent store was quiet an I could do business without problems
