Upon arrival we met your representative. We explained what we were looking for, during which we were offered a tea/coffee, which we accepted. We then had a look around the store without anyone following us. When we eventually found what we thought was right for us we met your representative to discuss our choice. After asking a few questions we decided we would make a purchase. Apart from finding what we wanted, the best thing was that we were not followed around the Store and being pressured into purchasing something that we were not really happy with.

Natasha was extremely helpful and attentive. We were offered tea or coffee and made to feel as though we could spend all day there! The items we were interested in were on display and we were able to look at the same items in different finishes. We ended up choosing a different finish to the one that we had seen online.
