Dreams - Eastleigh

We were welcomed to the store but then left to browse on our own. I don't like being followed round by sales people and this usually makes me leave a store so the fact we were made to feel welcome and then left to browse the frames was brilliant. We then had all the help we needed to understand mattresses and were not pushed towards the most expensive one, just given information.

We were aknowledged as soon as we walked into the store. Steve helped us to understand the different options available and listened to our needs. He was great and was helpful and knowledgeable without being too pushy giving us time also to think about our purchase. We were offered a cup of tea on arrival and they were also very tolerable of our 2 children which helps massively as a parent when you are trying to shop - very friendly store too - thanks Dreams a great experience. Now looking forward to getting our new mattress!

Steve, our sales assistant, was attentive and efficient. We were offered tea and coffee by both Steve and the store Manager, who was also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Steve has apparently only been with the company for a few weeks but took the time to understand what we're looking for and offered us the 'Tempura video experience' to help us better understand the product we had narrowed it down to. The other member of staff who was dealing with other clients was also friendly and engaged with us in conversation. We didn't feel pressured into buying at all and felt valued throughout our experience. We had visited the store the previous week to browse and Nikki attended us. She was also excellent in both manner and knowledge and we explained that we needed to come back the following week with our daughter as we were looking for new mattresses for both beds. She respected our decision and didn't pressure us in any way at all. She offered us drinks and explained the differences between the various types of mattress so at least my husband and I were better prepared to make a decision today.

The service I received during my visit was excellent - was even given a cup of coffee.

As a first time bed buyer the staff were extremely helpful in explaining prices and sizes of the beds.

Parking was easy. The store was clean, tidy and well set out. The assistant who served us, Steve, was polite, patient and very informed about the products available. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the store.

The staff member who assisted me with my purchase was very polite knowledgable and even made me a cup of coffee which was very good indeed! The sale was completed very quickly and a delivery date for my purchase arranged to suit me.

Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We were shown several mattresses to try out for comfort by Natasha and also various ottoman bases, She the explained everything in detail including the Bed Primary Cover which we bought, then showed us mattress covers and sheets, very satisfied.
