Dreams - Eastleigh

We were served by Katie, who approached us to help but was not 'pushy'. She was very knowledgeable and listened to our request and offered various alternatives but didn't push the most expensive !!! She was thinking about our needs and us as a customer. The other assistances were friendly in the store too - we were very impressed and delivery 4 days later ! Katie deserves some recognition, she knows her stuff and a great assistant.

Outstanding customer service provided by David who welcomed me in a warm and friendly manner and was genuinely so easy to talk to. It was more like going for a coffee with an old mate! Also, hadn't it been for David I wouldn't have also bought the mattress as I'd seen it elsewhere cheaper. David took the time to chat to me and find out what I was looking for and matched products to my needs. Hadn't he been so nice to talk to, I probably wouldn't have mentioned a mattress and wouldn't have given the sale to Dream because I was totally unaware of your price promise.

We were greeted with a smile and Natasha couldn't do enough for us. She was attentative and knowledgeable and we didn't feel under pressure at any time. She made an important decision enjoyable. Sent my daughter and son in law into the store after our visit and they also made a big purchase.
