assistant very helpful so made sale quick and easy

The assistant, Katie, was available immediately, although it was a quiet time in the store. Katie listened to our tale of woe regarding the last bed shop where we had purchased 3 beds , (all in the space of 3 months) and all of which had fallen apart. We were given great advise and really informed opinions on the beds, and having only intended to gather information and shop around we ended up buying a lovely and great value double bed :)

My husband and I were treated with courtesy and respect. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we wanted. She took time to let us try different options and found for us exactly what we required. A great service which left us impressed overall with Dreams at the Eastleigh store.

On arrival we were greeted in an exceptional way. Steve offered us a cup of tea and reintroduced us to Katie with whom we met on a previous visit some months ago. Katie and Steve were very helpful and Katie particularly. She is an asset to your company.

Our server steve was great. He greeted us as soon as we entered and offered us a drink. Asked what we were looking for and let us try lots of different mattresses. Gave us pillows to try and even looked after our 4 month old baby whilst we tried them out!
