Welcomed by Katie when we arrived, who suggested we look around before making a choice. Katie then helped us (and arranged coffee!) to get the right mattress. Rob was very helpful with the paperwork.

Steve was lovely, he made us a cup of tea, let us try all the beds and when we narrowed it down to 2 he gave us lots of time to decide. He told us about delivery, collecting our old mattress, bed cover and payment options.

Friendly and polite staff approach Clear and concise explanation was given to us about the product and most of all we were not pushed in any way to purchased the product

I was given all the information that I needed to browse efficiently, I was offered a warm drink then I was left to test the mattresses on my own. When I asked for a brochure, one was found immediately & again I was left undisturbed to go through it. When I went back to the original salesperson, all my supplementary questions were answered & my order was placed quickly & efficiently. If I had been available delivery would have been in less than a week.

the salesman looked after our needs first, we both have different disabilities and these were met by your colleague with a friendly smile and assistance. The coffee was very welcome and the whole of the store had a welcoming relaxed feel with no pressure to buy.

From walking into the store, my daughter and I were greeted by a really nice salesman Steve, he talked us through our options, then left us to decide for ourselves, made us a cup of tea. Whith no pressure we placed our order,.My daughter is going back on Monday to buy a new mattress for herself, Steve helped her with. Cannot praise our experience more. Thanks.
