Dreams - Eastleigh

I was met by a very friendly assistant who gave us the time attention to detail to be able to make a decision. I felt under no pressure about anything.

I was served by a lady named Nicky, from the time i entered the store (to just look at mattresses) Nicky made me feel extremely welcome, showing the various mattresses available and was very attentive when I explained what i was looking for. Nicky took time to explain all the mattresses available and was so helpful in assisting me with purchasing an item to my exact specifications. I had already chosen the bed i wished to purchase and so the mattress was equally important. The paperwork side of things was explained fully to me including guarantees and warranties with the bed and mattress etc. I was offered refreshments during my time in store and social distancing was maintained, which put me at ease. I would personally like to say thank you to Nicky and as a direct result of her customer service, which in my opinion, she went above and beyond, I would highly recommend Dreams to family and friends if they are looking to replace their bed, mattress or both. Thank you Nicky, it was truly a pleasure :)

When we walked in, we were immediately asked if we needed help. We had one colleague ask if we needed help and thoroughly helped us throughout our duration there

We found a very helpful staff member,his name was Jack,he was very helpful and not pushy,we weren’t very sure what we wanted but he showed us the mattresses that were recommended by the tester and we picked the mattress we liked.He ordered the mattress and arranged delivery as soon as we wanted,everything was done quickly and safely.
