Greeted as soon as we came into store and then given the dream experience before being shown the best mattresses for our sleep habits at a reasonable price

Service was fast and direct the person assisting me was friendly and seemed to know what I was after

I had an idea of what I wanted before coming into the Eastleigh store. The sales man Jack was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Rob from the Eastleigh branch was extremely helpful and friendly! He was very welcoming and nothing was too much of an ask. He helped explain how delivery works and the extended warrant ect. I would recommend anyone who needs a bed frame to go to him

I am buying a new bed ready for the purchase of a flat. I needed a mattress that supported my back and neck due to injuries sustained in a car accident two years ago. I also needed the delivery date to be flexible as the completion date for the flat is unconfirmed (although end of February is the timeframe I’ve been given). James at dreams helped find the best mattress for my needs and was helpful regarding the delivery date and imminent flat purchase.
