The member of staff serving us, Katie, was very well informed, gave us all the necessary information and then left us to try the beds out, before returning to help us with our purchase. Very helpful and efficient.

I received immediate attention after being in the store for only about a minute. The Sales Assistant was efficient, friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable about the products I was asking about explained everything and answered any questions that I had with ease. Nothing was too much trouble. My experience at Dreams was excellent! Really excited about receiving my products :)

We went in to browse and left having spent over £2000! This was due largely to service received. Staff very helpful and friendly (Dave & Katie) even helped my partner use her Sky TV app to record a programme we were missing. Difficult to judge quality of product as it has not yet been delivered. Store looked a bit tired, could do with some redecoration.

Customer Assistant highly professional, helpful, knowledgeable in products, nothing was too much trouble when asking questions.

shopped at your Eastleigh outlet on a day and an hour when we had plenty of time to test a variety of beds in the company of sales staff who were extremely knowledgeable on what we required. There was no pressure to purchase, we took a quote home with us and confirmed the order by telephone a few days later. Everything went through smoothly.

We were given enough personal space o have a general overview of the range of products available without being 'pounced' on. Very helpful assistance was given by Natasha when we had narrowed our search.
