Katie was extremely helpful and listened to all of my needs. The other staff were supportivery of her in her sale and of me.

Got excellent support and help at the store and they cleared all my doubts on products.

Robert the store manager and Steve the sales staff, both helped us meet our specific needs, outstanding service, I will be back. Dreams support to the armed forces by providing a discount also ensures I will return. The customer service experience is critical, quality of product is excellent and the Forces discount is a bonus.

Had what I wanted at a price I wanted go pay and fairly quick delivery

The lady who attended to us was very knowledgeable on her product, and went out of her way to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase with regards to the suitability of our needs.From entering the showroom we were welcomed and made to feel at home .

The staff were very helpful we delt with a lady called nicky who we found very acomidating she allowed us plenty of time to try out different mattresses and bed great sales woman very honest and not you usual pushy salesperson. When we visit again we will ask for nicky.

From the second we entered the Dreams store, Eastleigh, we were treated perfectly from start to finish. Nicky greeted us in a friendly but non obtrusive way. We knew the bed we had come to look at and she directed us to where it was instantly (at this point I had asked about delivery times and a male colleague instantly said 'let me find out for you' and within a minute, he was able to confirm a delivery date through the computer system, (should we go ahead with the purchase). Nicky then left us to look at the bed and discuss amongst ourselves which was perfect for us as we do not like sales staff on our shoulders, we would have left if that had been the case. She then came back to check we had found what we were looking for and then shared accurate product detail, informed us of our options to upgrade the slats and also informed us of the option to take out bed cover. She then left us to think over our options. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout the purchase process too. Natasha was very helpful and really new her stuff, she made us feel very comfortable even offered us tea and coffee. After trying out a few different beds Natasha helped us make a final decision and helped us with the purchase.

Nicky made our visit to dreams a pleasurable experience. She was very friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to understand what we wanted and showed us the options. We never felt hurried or pushed into making a purchase. She went above and beyond her 'duty' even staying late so we could complete the order. She made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the store, even offering us a hot drink. Nicky is a real asset to your store team.
