I received help and advice from David who very politely talked me through the different type of mattresses and gave a first class service at the store. I really felt I was been looked after.

I work in sales myself and Steve Kitching who served me was highly knowledgable in all the products which he ran me through and took the time to match me up to the right product as well as offering me drinks and overall providing a great service. I didn't make a purchase on my first visit to the store and thought I'd try a few other stores first to see if I wasn't missing out on a better mattress and none of the others really compared to the flaxby mattress for me. When I returned I made sure I was seen to by Steve again so that he was rewarded for the effort he put in. I'll be recommending Dreams and Steve to anyone I know from this experience.
