I was very pleased with the assistance given and the Sales Assistant Steve (025)went beyond thecall of duty, It ended in quite an expensive order, but with the time spent and advice and assistance given by Steve I did feel it was value for Money, and I am looking forward to receiving the product on the 30th June THANK YOU DREAMS

The assistant Steve was both welcoming and very informative as to the product range that was available. He listened attentively to all of our needs and concerns and following a comprehensive review of all the options available my wife and I to eventually came to a very satisfactory conclusion.

Nicky was very helpful, we were able to purchase all the items we were looking for and the delivery date was quick.

This Dreams store is the closest store to to us that's stock bunk beds - we went to a Dreams store in Southampton initially and they didn't have bunk beds on display but were helpful in pointing us in the direction of the Chandlers Ford store. The staff t both stores were friendly and very helpful. It was a positive experience and we're very happy with our purchase.

When visiting the store we were met by Steve who was very knowledgeable on the product we were interested in there was no pressure to purchase and gave us plenty of time to make sure we got it right he even made us a cup of coffee into the bargain we were very happy with our visit to Dreams

Assistant left us to look first before coming to talk to us. Lovely lady Katie also played with our children while we looked at other products.

The assistant Katie was very helpful. As my husband has dementia. She was very patient with him and explain things a few times. She gave us plenty of time to select the beds we wanted.
