The employee, Natasha, greeted us as we arrived & went on to help us choose the right mattress & pillows, whilst answering questions we had and providing advice. She was very helpful and is a credit to your organisation.

Although a limited choice of products were available instore, we were able to find what we were looking for and found the staff very friendly and helpful. We were given advice upon request about finding a comfortable mattress to suit our needs, and were able to try out several different mattresses instore. There was never a point where we felt under pressure either to hurry up and make a decision or under pressure to buy.

The staff were extremely helpful, offering drinks and given us pillows so we could lay down on the beds to try them out.
