We were given 5 minutes to browse before being approached by Rob to offer assistance. He knew when to leave us to think and when to help. His knowledge was great and we didn't feel pressured to purchase a particular bed. His colleague was great too as she entertained the kids

Katie was fab. Very helpful at beginning offered us a Tea, then left us alone to shop. We made a purchase Katie for my 4yr old daughter some juice a balloon and colouring, such a lovely store

we felt welcome as soon as we walked in the door . was not pressured by staff. the lady that served us was very helpful and new what she was talking about . as we ask her several questions. would return anytime
